We have been proudly incorporating this philosophy into our programs since 2000, with classes now offered in nine rural communities throughout SD&G. SD&G Yoga aims to inspire ease and confidence making yoga accessible for all participants no matter age or ability. Instructors blend various yoga poses and practices to meet the needs of all participants in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
A classic body toning workout designed to build and shape lean and strong muscles targeting hips, thighs, gluts, core and upper body. The class is designed to allow everyone to workout at their own level of comfort and ease with great results.
This fun filled class is suitable for individuals 55 and over. Have fun and get fit while you work out to music you will enjoy and movement that you know your body can do! Improve cardio, strength, flexibility, balance and more. Your instructor will motivate and inspire you!
Ignite your metabolism and transform your body in a fun filled and friendly atmosphere. We mix cardio drills with strength exercises for the ultimate workout. Your instructor will motivate you to get results! Indoors in fall and winter seasons, outdoors in spring and summer seasons.

Motivating and Fun!
A ballet inspired workout blending Barre, Pilates and Yoga emphasizing muscle sculpting, core conditioning, posture and alignment and deep stretching. Mindful movement to improve flexibility, strength, body awareness and physical appearance.
A 30 minute pure cardio workout. All movements are delivered with both low and high impact variations allowing participants to choose what works best for them. Designed to increase metabolism, burn calories, improve overall fitness and body mobility.

Join runners of all abilities as we build, teach and train you!
Each workout starts with a group run led by your run coach and finishes with body training led by your conditioning coach for a total body experience and workout. New and experienced runners welcome.
The perfect group activity where players of all levels can enjoy tennis together. Improve on court skills while you get in shape to play your favorite sport.
