At SD&G Fitness, it is our approach to fitness that sets us apart. We believe that fitness is a lifestyle, and that it should be affordable and accessible close to home. We have been proudly incorporating this philosophy into our programs since 2000, with classes now offered in nine rural communities throughout SD&G.
